About Gunnorp Stall & Avel

Gunnorp Stall & Avel's farm center with residential houses and two stable buildings is idyllically surrounded by the large pastures. The supervision of the animals is optimal and the airy and bright stable building from the early 2000s optimizes the conditions for easily and safely carrying out breeding. For many, the farm Gunnorp is associated with the riding camp business that previous owners ran here from the 1960's to mid 2010's.

In 2018, Therese and Anders found the farm Gunnorp, located just outside Vikingstad between Linköping and Mantorp. A farm perfectly suited to carry out thoroughbred breeding on, and the breeding operations that have been carried out since 2004 were relocated from Nannberga Gård in Arboga to Gunnorp.

Currently, the basis of Gunnorp's breeding operations is the breeding mares Saint Irini, Rum Sun N Sand, Survoltee, La Maitresse, Apura, Corpus Chorister and The Spread. These mares have produced first class offspring such as El Gran Mago, The Provocative, Dust Devil, Jamaica and Mr Tooma Global. On Svensk Galopp's (Swedish Horse Racing Association) website you will find information and statistics for all breedings including foals born before 2018, when Therese was breeding together with her father at Nannberga Gård outside Arboga.

Through this page you can stay informed about our breeding activities. You will find information about our breeding mares, our breedings and can follow the breedings in their development and career. Of course, you are more than welcome to contact us if you want summer grazing or registration for a mare or young horse.

In addition to galloping horse breeding, we can also offer horse hotel, overnight stays, stables for mares in foal and convalescent horses, summer grazing and riding tracks.
